Good: Called at 2 pm and was given an appointment on same day with Dr. Bayly for an infected eye. Improved: Waited for half hour after logging in. Two other patients were called ahead of me. The login machine told me she was on time. No one apologized.

Totally inflexible staff when a repeat prescription given in 48 hrs ago. Receptionist not even prepared to check whether it had been done because I was 2 hrs early. 2 young children in tow, suggested I come back at their bedtime and get someone else to look after them. Not possible with a husband which works away and no family to help.

Wait far to long for appointments with your own doctors. You can see a doctor but can end up seeing lots of different ones so no consistency. Also the wait for blood test is far to long, an average of two weeks. To have part-time doctors!
